1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to NNTA. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our custom printing marketplace platform, including website layouts, dashboards, order builders, and tools.
By placing an order, creating an account, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit orders.
2. User Accounts & Security
To utilize our customization wizards, print trackers, and checkouts, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete registration information.
You are solely responsible for protecting your password and login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed your legal action. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3. Custom Printing Orders
All custom products (including business cards, banners, apparel, packaging, and custom flyers) are processed following clear confirmation of order specifications, upload of compatible assets, and authorization of payment:
- Pricing: All prices displayed in our calculators are estimates. Final price includes sales tax, design setup charges (if applicable), and shipping, which will be detailed at checkout.
- Payment Terms: Production begins only after clear settlement of checkout transactions via credit card, PayPal, or authorized deposit.
- Cancellation: Since raw materials and production queues are scheduled dynamically, cancellations are only possible prior to order status changes to "In Production".
4. Artwork & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of the intellectual property, graphics, logos, and custom texts you upload to NNTA. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and edit the assets *solely* to fulfill printing production, packaging, and shipping.
Upload and Content Compliance Guidelines
You represent that you possess proper intellectual property rights and licenses for all uploaded content. We reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund orders that contain copyrighted logos, trademark violations, obscene material, hate speech, or content promoting illegal acts.
5. Proofing & Approvals
We provide digital proof files (in PDF or interactive canvas) inside the user dashboard. You are responsible for verifying all print criteria:
What You Must Check:
- Spelling, grammar, and typography.
- Image resolution & placement (bleed lines).
- Color spacing configurations (CMYK vs RGB).
Our Responsibility:
- Consistent color profile translation.
- Substrate material quality.
- Clean cutting and standard packaging.
Once digital proof files are approved, the order enters execution. NNTA is not liable for structural errors, alignment gaps, or low-resolution outputs that were present in the user-approved proof.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping calculations and delivery dates are estimated forecasts provided at checkout. While we employ reputable courier services, actual delivery timelines may change based on weather, mechanical breakdowns, or custom procedures:
NNTA will not be liable for direct or indirect losses caused by shipping carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer of packages to shipping carrier facilities.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of customized prints and packaging, all finished items cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused for other clients. Therefore:
- All Sales are Final: Refunds are not provided for user errors (including design files with poor resolution, incorrect dimensions, or proofing omissions).
- Manufacturing Defect Reprints: If you receive items containing clear printing defects, damage, or wrong finishes caused entirely by our shop, contact us at printop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
To request a defect review, submit digital photos showing the error or defect along with your order ID. If the claim is validated, we will initiate a expedited reprint of the defective units at zero cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NNTA or its print affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays in print production, missed delivery deadlines, or files lost during uploads.
Our maximum collective liability for any claim regarding an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
