- Manufacturing & Production: Transferring design assets, specifications, and substrates configuration to our printing press facilities.

3. Artwork & File Retention
Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, we store high-resolution image files and layout specifications to simplify re-ordering and client reprints:
Retention Duration: Uploaded design files are retained in our secure storage buckets for 90 days from the completion of your last order. Upon request or account termination, files are permanently purged.
