Your information is strictly utilized to operate, optimize, and secure our custom printing platform:

  • Manufacturing & Production: Transferring design assets, specifications, and substrates configuration to our printing press facilities.
  • Order Updates: Dispatching status updates (e.g. proofing notices, checkout clearances, and shipping tracker alerts).
  • Site Optimization: Improving the interactivity of our wizards, responsive navigations, and speed performance.

3. Artwork & File Retention

Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, we store high-resolution image files and layout specifications to simplify re-ordering and client reprints:

Retention Duration: Uploaded design files are retained in our secure storage buckets for 90 days from the completion of your last order. Upon request or account termination, files are permanently purged.

4. Sharing & Production Partners

We never sell or lease your personal data or uploaded brand graphics to third-party advertising companies. We share data solely to fulfill orders:

  • Print Affiliates & Staff: Production facilities that handle slicing, ink application, binding, and packaging.
  • Shipping Carriers: Transport teams (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to process delivery labels and deliver goods.
  • Payment Providers: Secure processors to complete card checkouts without storing credentials on our local servers.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and temporary browser parameters to maintain session security, active cart contents, and theme preferences (Light / Dark mode):

By modifying your browser rules, you can choose to refuse cookies. However, disabling cookies will prevent order checkouts, save-for-later custom tools, and profile configurations from working correctly.

While we enforce industry-standard cloud safety protocols to defend user databases, no electronic storage or web transfer is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection from malicious network compromises.
